न केवलमङ्गिर प्रभृतय उपासाञ्चक्रिरे, त ह बको नाम दल्भस्यापत्य दाल्भ्य विदाञ्चकार यथादर्शित प्राण विज्ञा तवान्, विदित्वा च स ह नैमिशीयाना सत्रिणाम् उद्गाता बभूव, स च प्राणविज्ञानसामर्थ्यात् एभ्य नैमिशीयेभ्य कामान् आगायति स्म ह आगीतवान्किलेत्यथ ॥
In plain words
It was not merely Aṅgiras and his lineage who meditated upon this. Baka, the son of Dalbha, knew the prāṇa precisely as it has been explained. Realizing it, he became the lead chanter for the sacrificial priests of Naimiṣa. Through the sheer power of his understanding of prāṇa, he chanted forth all their desired boons.

Not merely Aṅgiras and others practiced worship; indeed Baka by name, the offspring of Dalbha, Dālbhya, knew as shown and realized prāṇa; and having known, he became the udgātṛ of the Naimiṣīya sacrificial priests, and by the power of prāṇa-knowledge he chanted desires for these Naimiṣīyas, indeed he chanted them, is the meaning.
