हे रैक्व गवां षट् शतानि इमानि तुभ्यं मया आनीतानि, अयं निष्कः अश्वतरीरथश्चायम् एतद्धनमादत्स्व ।भगवोऽनुशाधि च मे माम् एताम्, यां च देवतां त्वमुपास्से तद्देवतोपदेशेन मामनुशाधीत्यर्थः ॥

In plain words

O Raikva, here are six hundred cows, this gold coin, and this chariot drawn by mules brought for you; please accept this wealth. And reverend sir, instruct me; teach me concerning that very deity whom you worship.

O Raikva, these six hundreds of cows are brought by you, this gold coin and this mule chariot too; accept this wealth. And, reverend sir, instruct me, and instruct me, me, and by the instruction of that deity which deity you worship, such is the meaning.
