In plain words

His glance falls sideways, and it comes as wave after wave of nectar — compassion with no shore to it — on the sages left burning in the pitiless summer of saṃsāra. To him I bow: the teacher of every teacher.

Close to the Sanskrit

With sidelong glances that are waves of the nectar of boundless compassion, gazing upon the sages scorched by the pitiless summer heat of saṃsāra — I praise him, the Guru of gurus.
