In plain words

Everything is woven into her and strung through her — all that moves, all that stands still, anywhere at all — the way gems are strung on a single thread. She is reached by the path of adhyātma-jñāna — direct knowledge of Ātma. Gaurī, Mother, lotus-eyed: I praise her.

Close to the Sanskrit

In whom everything without remainder is woven and threaded through — just as on the thread of a gem-garland — whatever moves and whatever does not move, anywhere at all: her, Gaurī, the Mother, lotus-eyed, to be reached by the path of adhyātma-jñāna, I praise.
