In plain words

"You've been eating dirt!" — Yaśodā's hand raised, and a small boy's fright. His mouth opens wide, and inside it stand the fourteen worlds in a row, the seen ones and the unseen. He is the root pillar holding up the city of the three worlds. He is the light by which the worlds are seen, and nothing sees him. Lord of the worlds, supreme Lord — bow to Govinda, who is bliss itself.

Close to the Sanskrit

Him in whom was the childish terror at Yaśodā's chastisement, 'You ate clay!' — him in whose wide-opened mouth was beheld the whole row of the fourteen worlds, world and non-world alike; the root-pillar of the city of the three worlds; the light of the worlds, himself unseen; lord of the worlds, supreme Lord — bow to Govinda, supreme bliss.
