In plain words
He divides himself among the ringed gatherings of the gopīs — standing inside the division, shining as the undivided. Dust rises endlessly from the cows' hooves and settles grey over his beauty. Faith and devotion take hold of his joy. Thought cannot reach him, yet to those who hold him in thought he is really there. His greatness is the wish-granting jewel's. Bow to Govinda, supreme bliss.
Close to the Sanskrit
Him who is the division into the gathered circles of the gopīs, who abides in the state of division, whose appearance is non-division; whose loveliness is grey with dust ceaselessly shaken up and risen by the hooves of the cows; whose bliss is taken hold of by faith and devotion, who is inconceivable, whose true being comes to those who think of him; whose greatness is the wish-fulfilling jewel's — bow to Govinda, the supreme bliss.
