In plain words
He looks on, and stays pure, imperishable, one — yet where the guṇas differ he takes their colour and shines out as a thousand forms, the way a clear crystal does. Unborn, he seems split and cut into pieces by the fruits of action. That Hari, in whom the darkness of saṃsāra is destroyed, I praise.
Close to the Sanskrit
Seeing, though pure, imperishable, one — because of the difference of the guṇas he appears as manifold forms, variegated, like a crystal; and this unborn one appears divided and severed by the fruits of action — him, the destroyer of the darkness of saṃsāra, Hari, I praise.
