In plain words
Who knows everything. Who, in truth, is everything. Who is whole, with every part of him present. Who is bliss. Who carries qualities without end. Who is the home of every quality. Who is unmanifest. Who is each thing taken singly and all things taken at once. Who is being, and non-being. Him I praise — Hari, the undoing of the darkness of saṃsāra.

He who is all-knowing, and who indeed is all, who is entire with all its parts; and who is bliss, who is of endless qualities, who is the abode of qualities; and who is unmanifest, who is each thing singly and all things together, who is being and non-being — him, Hari, the destruction of the darkness of saṃsāra, I praise.
