In plain words
O Mother, this hymn is set ablaze by the great mantra whose saṃpuṭa, its sealing casement, is a triad of hrīṃkāras. Whoever recites it as japa before you, day after day, knowing it as a true mantravit should, finds kings bending to his will, Lakṣmī staying with him rather than passing on, his vāṇī, his very speech, laden with stainless sūktis — words well and truly said — and his years staying long awake in him.

This Stotra, kindled by the great Mantra whose Saṃpuṭa is a triad of Hrīṃkāras — whoever, a Mantravit, should perform its Japa every day before you, O Mother — for him kings become subject, Lakṣmī is long-abiding, Vāṇī is filled with a weight of stainless Sūktis, and a long lifespan stays awake.
