। ॥ १५ ॥
In plain words
Hrīṃ — that one syllable is your name, and that same syllable is your form. Here, they say, your name is hard to come by, Tripurā. And the whole world of elements, space and all that follows it, ripened out of your own light, spreads out happiness for the lotus-born Brahmā and for all who come after him.
