In plain words
The Vedas themselves proclaim your name as nothing but hrīṃkāra, the sound Hrīṃ — O Mother enthroned in the trikoṇa, the triangle at the heart of your cakra, O Tripurā, O three-eyed one. Let a soul once call you to mind, and Yama's soldiers cannot lay hold of it: it slips free of their assault and goes to play in Nandana-vana, heaven's own garden, in the company of the lokapālas who guard the quarters of the world.

The Vedas proclaim precisely Hrīṃkāra as your name, O Mother, O you whose abode is the Trikoṇa, O Tripurā, O three-eyed one. Upon Saṃsmṛti of you, having left behind the assault of Yama’s soldiers, they play in Nandana-vana together with the Lokapālas.
