In plain words

They bring prosperity. They gladden every sense. They carry the power to hand over an empire. O lotus-eyed one — these salutations to you, poised to sweep away every wrong I have done: let them be mine, mine alone, without a break, O Mother, O revered one.

Close to the Sanskrit

Producers of prosperity, delighters of all the senses, possessed of the power to bestow imperial dominion, O lotus-eyed one — salutations to you, intent on carrying off sin: may they take hold of me alone, O Mother, ceaselessly, O revered one.
