In plain words
I have fallen into the well of saṃsāra — a horror of a place, with no floor to it anywhere — and a hundred serpents of sorrow are swarming over me. I have nothing left, Lord. I have come to your feet. Out of your compassion, Lakṣmī-Nṛsiṃha, give me your hand to hold.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having reached the well of saṃsāra — exceedingly terrible, whose bottom is unfathomable — of me who am beset by a hundred serpents of sorrow, wretched, O God, and who have come to your feet: out of compassion, O Lakṣmī-Nṛsiṃha, give me the support of your hand.
