In plain words

The snake of saṃsāra has sunk its fangs in me — huge, fierce, razor-tipped, a million points wet with venom — and the body I called mine is coming apart. You who ride Garuḍa, the killer of snakes; you who live in the ocean of nectar; Śauri, Lakṣmī-Nṛsiṃha: give me your hand to hold.

Close to the Sanskrit

Of me, whose body is destroyed, bitten all over by the millions of points at the tips of the immensely fierce, sharp fangs smeared with the venom of the serpent of saṃsāra — O you whose mount is Garuḍa, the enemy of serpents, O dweller in the ocean of nectar, O Śauri, O Lakṣmī-Nṛsiṃha, give me the support of your hand.
