In plain words
By you as a true disciple and by me, that Goddess has been seen, for even deities like Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Īśa strive to behold her. Therefore, I will now reveal to you this hymn that grants all fulfillment—simply by remembering it, your heart overflows with contentment. O sage, this is more hidden and vital even than the secret thousand names; it is the essential means to worship Lalitā. Fulfilling the command of Mother Lalitā, I will declare it to you, tracing the Ka-group sequence of the glorious fifteen-syllable mantra. Twenty names are grouped in sections, O pot-born sage, making three hundred names in all, which bring absolute fulfillment. This supreme secret must be guarded with care; listen to it, O blessed one, with an attentive mind. Do not view these as ordinary words, O Agastya, for these names are living mantras embodying the very essence of the Goddess.

Therefore that I will declare fully by the command of Mother Lalitā, according to the order of letters beginning with Ka of the glorious fifteen-syllabled mantra. Twenty names separately have been told, O pot-born sage; altogether the three hundred names fulfill all desires. This secret beyond secrets is to be protected with effort; listen to that, O fortunate one, with an attentive mind. No ordinary name-conception is to be made by you toward them, O pot-born sage, because there is their mantra-nature and also their name-self-nature.
