In plain words
By that specific means she bestows supreme majesty—such is the underlying import. Salutation to the lotus-eyed Goddess! Kalmaṣaghnī: She who annihilates all accumulated impurities and misdeeds, fulfilling the divine promise of the Lord: 'I shall free you from every sin.' Or else, as the scriptural memory declares: 'The fire of wisdom—born of the great Upanishadic utterances and flowering into direct realization—burns away all past actions to ash.' And as the revelation confirms: 'He is untouched by any stain of grief.' Bowing down to the purifier of sins! Karuṇāmṛtasāgarā: She is an ocean toward that supreme nectar of liberation born from her own boundless grace. Just as the sea of nectar, being inherently deathless, revives the suffering worlds with life-giving rain, so too does she. Since she is herself the very embodiment of the deathless Brahman—confirmed by declarations like 'He who knows Brahman becomes Brahman itself' and 'The knower of Brahman reaches the supreme'—and since the Lord Himself promises in the Gita that every rightful aspiration of the devoted seeker is fulfilled by His divine ordinance, the comparison to an ocean is entirely apt. She is an ocean because her very nature is the liquid ambrosia of compassion, perpetually sustaining and protecting all who turn to her with a mother's resolve.

Through that means she brings great sovereignty, thus is the intent. Obeisance to the lotus-eyed one! Kalmaṣaghnī: she who slays and destroys impurities as sins is Kalmaṣaghnī, due to the divine utterance 'I shall liberate you from all sins.' Or alternatively, due to the smrti text 'The fire of knowledge, which is brahma-knowledge taking the form of realization born from the great vedantic utterances, consumes all actions to ashes,' and the shruti text 'Nor does he hear that sinful verse' and so on. Obeisance to the destroyer of impurities! Karuṇāmṛtasāgarā: she who is like an ocean to that nectar which is born of compassion and grace and takes the form of liberation. Just as the ocean of nectar, being itself of the nature of nectar, revitalizes even other worlds with the nectar released from nectar-drinking clouds, similarly, being herself of the nature of nectar through such shruti texts as 'He who knows brahman becomes brahman indeed' and 'The knower of brahman attains the supreme,' and by the Bhagavad Gita's declaration 'He obtains those desires ordained by me alone,' upon the complete attainment of the fruit of action and meditation belonging to respective qualified persons and to be granted by the deity, it is surmised that each respective fruit stands secured by each qualified person, hence the simile of the ocean. She is an ocean because compassion and nectar share an identical locus, being capable of reviving all like nectar; and compassion is the protective resolve directed toward devotees. Alternatively, she whose oceans—the immortals who have attained Brahma's and other worlds through eternal fame—are the sons of Sagara subject to King Sagara, she is such; or alternatively,
