In plain words

She is the pure consciousness conditioned by Maya, the ultimate ground of creation, preservation, and dissolution. As the ancient Brāhmaṇa declares, 'Being alone, He found no delight, and so split into husband and wife.' Though we perceive a voluntary division in the divine couple, absolute wisdom reveals their essence to be one single consciousness, where all experience merges into a non-dual whole. Obeisance to Her who embodies this singular experience. She is Ekarasā—the uniform, undivided essence of bliss, as the scripture affirms: 'Having attained this very essence, man becomes truly joyful.' She is the supreme love, the very heart of all aesthetic passion, or the intense sweet devotion directed toward Her eternal Lord. Because Her nature is pure, sattvic consciousness, She delights in that which is serene, stable, and deeply nourishing. Obeisance to Her who is the one essence. She is Ekaiśvaryapradāyinī—the bestower of supreme sovereignty—because He who dwells within all beings as their inner controller rules and directs them all, guiding the individual souls whose reflections are veiled by ignorance and its instruments.

The meaning is the consciousness conditioned by Maya which is the cause of creation, preservation, and dissolution. Because the solitary one does not rejoice, therefore husband and wife came into being, as stated in the Puruṣavidha Brāhmaṇa; and because the couple's willed distinction is understood, while ultimately this nature is recognized as single consciousness, and the enjoyment of both is also a single enjoyment, therefore She possesses that, or similarly. Obeisance to Her who is single enjoyment. Ekarasā: She who has a single undivided essence or harmony, based on the scriptural text 'Having indeed attained this essence, one becomes blissful.' She is the chief sentiment of love among the nine sentiments. Alternatively, She is the supreme love-sentiment directed toward Her by the supreme Lord. Or She is the unsurpassed love named affection toward Her own husband alone. Or among the six tastes, the sweet taste is dear to Her, because Her nature is consciousness conditioned by Maya dominated by sattva, as the Bhagavad Gita says that savory, smooth, stable, and heart-pleasing foods are dear to the pure. Obeisance to Her who is of a single essence. Ekaiśvaryapradāyinī: Īśvara is the one who rules and impels all as the inner controller, based on the scriptural text 'He who dwells in all beings, whom all beings do not know, who controls all beings from within.' Of the souls impelled by Him, denoted by the word bhūta, who have the reflection conditioned by ignorance and its product, the inner instrument...
