In plain words
She who is recognized through the form that acts as her very body—as the sacred text affirms: 'Shiva is pure being and consciousness; Shiva Herself is bliss incarnate.' Or, she whose form is the left half of the Lord's own body. Or, she whose subtle form is the seed-syllable born of the very heart of the Lord's mantra. Salutation to her whose body is the half of Ishvara. She who is the supreme presiding deity of the Lord—where 'Lord' points equally to the individual soul, for when the conditioning adjuncts of maya are dropped from the literal meaning, what shines forth is the pure, immutable consciousness of the inner Self. Or, she whose supreme object of worship is Lord Kameshvara, making her the ultimate embodiment of devotion. Salutation to the presiding deity of the Lord. She who prompts even the supreme Lord into cosmic action, who witnesses the wild dance of dissolution, whose home is cradled in the lap of the Lord, and who shatters every obstacle in our path. She who prompts the Lord: as the very consciousness mirrored within existence, she is the supreme driving force behind creation and destruction, orchestrating the play of will, knowledge, and action.

The defining characteristic like a body of whom she is thus. Because of the memory text: 'Siva is existence-consciousness, Siva directly is her of bliss, Siva.' Or, the half-body of Isvara, the left portion, is the body and form of whom she is. Or, the half of Isvara's ha-kara, the seed of energy, is the body, and whose form consists of mantras, she is thus. Salutation to her whose body is the half of Isvara. The presiding deity of the Lord. The mention of the Lord is also an implication of the individual soul; upon abandoning the two qualifications of the qualified primary literal meaning of the term 'Tat' possessing maya as adjunct, the deity shining forth is in the form of the purified meaning of the term 'Tvam' as immutable pure consciousness. Or, Isha is Kameshvara, the presiding deity to be worshipped of whom she is thus. Meaning she is supremely devoted to her Lord. Salutation to the presiding deity of the Lord. She who instigates the Lord and who is the witness of the cosmic dance of the Lord, she who has her abode in the lap of the Lord, and she who destroys obstacles. She who instigates the Lord: being of the nature of the reflected consciousness of the Lord, she is the instigator of actions such as the creation of the world, meaning she is the commander. The intent is that she becomes of the nature of consciousness reflected in the veiling and projecting powers of will, knowledge, and action, luminous by the name of the glance of Parameshvara who presides over future actions in accordance with karma. The instigation of the Lord is by not transgressing His command...
