In plain words

Indra and the sovereigns of the devas point toward the vast multiplicity of divine powers, all of whom bow before her in reverent praise. Obeisance to her whom Hari, Brahma, and Indra adore. Her holy feet are attended by mighty cavalry commanders; she is worshipped through the grandeur of royal horse-sacrifices; she rides in majesty upon the fierce lion; she journeys upon the pure swan; and she is the destroyer of all demonic forces.

Close to the Sanskrit

Indra and the lords of the gods are indicative of all divine variations, praised and saluted by them. Obeisance to her who is praised by Hari, Brahma, and Indra. She whose feet are served by those mounted on horses; she who is worshipped through horse sacrifices; she who has a lion as her vehicle; she who has a swan as her vehicle; she who has destroyed the demons.
