In plain words
By the term 'auspicious', the scriptures point to those divine energies that generate all well-being. For the Goddess is the very source of welfare for every living creature; being identical with pure existence, consciousness, and bliss, she is the reality of which all other beings subsist upon a mere fragment, as the Upanishad declares. She dispels all adversity and spreads an endless stream of grace. Simply by remembering her, the wise recognize Brahman itself, for she is the embodiment of supreme goodness, the eternal home of welfare, and the granter of boons to those who call upon her. Salutation to Sarvamangala, the All-Auspicious. The All-Creator: she who manifests the entire cosmos through her own playful power of Maya, as the scripture states, 'She rules as the supreme mistress.' Salutation to Sarvakartri. The All-Sustainer: she who upholds all existence, being the foundation of the worlds as revealed in the text. Salutation to Sarvabhartri. The All-Destroyer: she who withdraws the universe back into herself. Understand that these three names express the three indirect defining characteristics of the Absolute found in scriptures beginning with 'From whence all beings are born.' Salutation to Sarvahantri. The Eternal: described in the sacred texts as unborn, permanent, everlasting, and ancient, signifying her eternally self-fulfilled nature. Salutation to Sanatana.

From the definition: alternatively, by the word 'mangala', the goddesses who are the causes of auspiciousness are indicated. 'Of all living beings, the auspicious one, she who is the means of auspiciousness, possessing identity with her own existence-consciousness-bliss, of whom she is thus...' as the Sruti says 'other beings live upon a mere fraction of this very bliss', this is the meaning. 'She removes inauspicious things and spreads a continuous stream of auspiciousness; the wise know that Brahman to be auspicious through mere remembrance of her; because of her supreme auspicious form, because of her resort to eternal welfare, and because of her bestowing boons upon those who remember her, the wise know that Brahman to be auspicious' from such statements. Salutation to Sarvamangala. All-creator: 'She who creates all this totality by her own power in the form of Maya' thus, 'She rules the ruler' as heard. Salutation to Sarvakartri. All-sustainer: 'She who sustains all' thus, 'This is the upholding of worlds' as heard. Salutation to Sarvabhartri. All-destroyer: 'She who withdraws all' thus. By these three names, 'From where' and other such Sruti-declared three incidental characteristics are expressed, should be known. Salutation to Sarvahantri. Eternal: 'Unborn, eternal, perpetual, this ancient one' as heard, meaning she has the nature of eternally accomplished reality. Salutation to Sanatana.
