In plain words

She shines by granting both the cause and effect of wealth, or as the very essence of wealth. Salutations to Her who is radiant with golden ornaments. She whose bosom is adorned with beautiful necklaces, who is Hākinī, who is free from all blemish and worldly labor, who is worshipped by the guardians of the directions, and who swiftly destroys the forces of darkness. Her beauty captivates even the Lord of the universe, drawing Him into the play of manifestation. Alternatively, She is adorned with beautiful pearl necklaces. Salutations to Her whose bosom is adorned with beautiful necklaces.

...Or else, She shines by giving both effect and cause in the form of wealth, or as the form of wealth itself, according to the Vedic text 'The Vasu dwelling in the mid-region'. Salutations to Her who is radiant with golden ornaments. She whose bosom is adorned with beautiful necklaces, who is Hākinī, who is free from the plough (or blemish), who is worshipped by the lords of the directions, who destroyed the demons with sudden force. Her bosom is adorned with beautiful necklaces: 'Hara' means the supreme Lord; His attributes such as lordship, fulfillment of desire, and eternal contentment are like a necklace. She 'steals' or captivates them by superimposing ignorance, which is contrary to them. Thus, the Lord's mind is entirely absorbed in Her, and His supreme attributes seem to be taken away. Alternatively, She wears pearl necklaces on Her beautiful bosom, adorned in six ways at the proper time. Salutations to Her whose bosom is adorned with beautiful necklaces.
