In plain words

She who is established in her own boundless nature, yet assumes every conceivable scale of measurement—from the infinitesimal atom to the vast cosmos—echoing the sacred words that the great, unborn Self is both smaller than the subtle and greater than the immense. Just as the sun or moon is seen reflected in water or conditioned by various forms from an elephant down to a tiny insect, she is the very ground through which the universe appears in defined proportions. Salutation to her who embodies these measured forms! She who is the supreme essence of delight, fulfilling the scriptural truth that tasting this divine joy, one becomes truly blissful. Whether understood as the sweetness of pure love, the grace of gentle adornments, or the refined purity of sattvic nourishment, she is the very taste of absolute joy that saturates existence. Salutation to her who is the sacred essence! She who shines in supreme prosperity, established eternally in her own luminous nature as truth, consciousness, and boundless bliss, manifesting the full glory of the absolute through the play of maya.

From the Self; alternatively, known through the distinctions of measurement and dimension such as atomic, great, long, and short. As declared by Vedic texts like 'This unborn, great Atman is truly the great lord, the person' and 'Smaller than the subtle, greater than the great,' and because of being perceived through the conditioning adjuncts like the reflection in water and the sun, and in entities ranging from an elephant, pillar, to an insect—she who has caused the measurement and dimension of the universe to be conditioned thus. Salutation to her who has attained measured forms! She who has obtained the essence; as supported by the Shruti text 'Brahman is indeed the essence (rasa); tasting this [essence] one becomes blissful,' that very bliss which is the supreme object of affection, attained as one's own essential nature through her; or else the erotic sentiment, meaning through ornaments, flowers, and pleasant objects; or because of having pure sattva as her conditioning adjunct, based on the Gita statement 'Foods that are unctuous, stable, hearty, and dear to the sattvic,' and because of the prohibition of pungent, sour, and salty items in offerings made to deities, the sweet taste is attained as an object of delight through her—salutation to her who has obtained the essence! She who has attained elevated prosperity; whose eminence consists of supreme superiority through those opulences which are eternally accomplished by their very nature as one's own essence, such as true desires and existence-consciousness-bliss; the qualities being manifested through the limiting adjunct of Maya with respect to Brahman, due to being experienced through action.
