In plain words

Spontaneous and wise souls reveal the supreme, unsurpassable nature of Brahman. Scriptures declare: 'We know Him as the supreme ruler of rulers, the supreme deity among deities, the sovereign lord of lords, primordial and worthy of praise.' From hundreds of Vedic and traditional passages affirming that 'He whose desires and resolve are true,' 'He is the lord of all, the all-knowing, the inner controller, the source of everything,' and 'This is the eternal glory of Brahman,' it is firmly established that this everlasting preeminence belongs inherently to Brahman alone; there is not the slightest doubt left to ponder here. Salutation to the Divine Mother, who grants ultimate spiritual prosperity and elevation. Hrīṃkāriṇī: Because the sacred syllable Hrīṃ stands in direct expressive relation to Her as the concluding cornerstone of the second section, she is addressed accordingly. Salutation to Hrīṃkāriṇī. Hrīṃkārāyā: The Vedas themselves arise as the expression of this primordial Hrīṃkāra, functioning as its effects and meaning. Since words are always used after their meaning is already comprehended—as seen in linguistic study and poetic composition—the meaning necessarily exists prior to the word. Salutation to Hrīṃkārādyā. Hrīṃmadhyā: Because this seed-syllable denotes pure consciousness qualified by Māyā—the single material and efficient cause of the universe—it serves as Her direct symbol, revealing Her infinite attributes through the profound majesty of contemplative worship.

spontaneously arising noble ones make known the supreme nature of Brahman. 'Him who is the supreme lord of lords, Him who is the supreme deity among deities, the supreme lord of lords, primordial, we know as the shining lord of the worlds, worthy of praise' - 'He whose desires are true, whose resolve is true' - 'This is the lord of all, this is the all-knowing, this is the inner controller, this is the source of all' - thus from hundreds of śrutis and smṛtis, 'this is the eternal glory of Brahman' - thus the well-known state of eternal preeminence is verily the nature of Brahman; here there is nothing whatsoever to be deliberated - this is the purport. Oum, salutation to Her who has attained supreme wealth and upliftment. Hrīṃkāriṇī: Because Hrīṃkāra has the relation of denoter and denoted as a constituent part at the conclusion of the second section, she is thus. Oum, salutation to Hrīṃkāriṇī. Hrīṃkārāyā: Now, by the word Hrīṃkāra, the Vedas which are its effects - because they are also in the capacity of meaning or cause - 'āyā' means born in the beginning, prior-existing. The meaning of meaning having priority has been stated because words function having as their object meaning, and because in grasping denotative power and in poetic composition it is observed that words are used after the knowledge of meaning. Oum, salutation to Hrīṃkārādyai. Hrīṃmadhyā: By virtue of this seed-syllable denoting consciousness qualified by Māyā which is the non-separate efficient and material cause of the universe, as its symbol, the state of possessing all attributes abiding in it is manifested through the glory of intense meditation upon that. Otherwise, mantra-pura...
