In plain words

...she assumes a form solely out of her own free will. Just as liquid ghee solidifies into a stable shape without losing its essence, she manifests without being bound by individual soulhood or the laws of karma. Through her power of Maya, which projects the illusion of division, she manifests as the divine couple, as the scripture says: 'They became husband and wife.' Salutations to Labdhadehā. She is Labdhaiśvaryasamunnati because she has attained the absolute summit of all sovereignty and power. The Upanishad calls him 'the supreme great Lord of lords,' and the Gita declares, 'There is no end to my divine glories, O Arjuna.' Since she possesses unconditioned, supreme lordship—described as the Lord of all, the inner controller, and the source of everything—and since even her devotees like the sage Agastya display immense power, her own sovereignty is boundless. Salutations to Labdhaiśvaryasamunnati. She is Labdhavṛddhi because she possesses infinite growth, which means all-pervading fullness. This is not the physical growth of limbs, which is a product of karma and subject to decay, for the Upanishad says, 'This great unborn Self does not grow by action,' and describes the Divine as 'actionless and partless.' Rather, her growth is her inherent omnipresence, which is simply revealed through the various limiting adjuncts of creation. Not...

...assuming a form supported by her will, because of the absence of individual soulhood and the absence of subjection to karma, according to the analogy of the solidification of ghee. And when it is so, by the nature of the superimposed power of Maya which causes division, and by the scripture 'They two became husband and wife,' she became embodied as a couple; this is the purport. Salutations to Labdhadehā. Labdhaiśvaryasamunnati: the height of sovereignties means their abundance or culmination; she by whom the height of sovereignty is obtained is so, from the scripture 'He is the supreme great Lord of lords' and from the Smriti 'There is no end to my divine manifestations, O Arjuna'. In the scripture, 'This is the Lord of all, this is the omniscient, this is the inner controller, this is the source of all,' because of the possession of unconditioned great sovereignty, and because of the sight of his worshippers like the great sage Agastya possessing great sovereignty, it is understood that his great sovereignty is boundless, so what more is there to say? This is the purport. Salutations to Labdhaiśvaryasamunnati. Labdhavṛddhi: growth means pervasion and fullness, not the accumulation of physical parts, because that is produced by karma and is the cause of destruction, from the scriptural statement 'Verily, this great unborn Self does not grow by action,' and from the negation of parts in 'actionless, partless'. And so, the obtained growth, which is all-pervasiveness, being her own essential nature, is manifested by the created limiting adjuncts which serve as its support. Not...
