In plain words
At the time of great cosmic dissolution, she preserves the emerging creator Hiranyagarbha without the slightest deficiency, and at the dawn of creation she herself assumes the form of the divine couple, enacting righteous duties and establishing humanity in virtue, following the Lord's declaration in the Gita that worlds would perish if duty were abandoned. Om, salutation to her who is the foundation of all scriptures. She is endowed with supreme enjoyment, radiant joy, and worshiped with delight; her very form is the sacred syllable Hrim, resting like a dove cote upon the pinnacle of the mansion of Hrim. Enjoyment for her is not the fleeting pleasure of an ordinary mortal dependent on external objects, for her very essence is eternal bliss. Salutation to her who embodies attained bliss and righteousness.

During the great dissolution having protected Hiranyagarbha being born at the beginning of creation without deficiency or excess, she manifests them indeed, having herself become husband and wife, performing the righteous duties declared therein and causing others also to perform them. From such divine statements as 'In Veda and scripture my two commands are, I engage indeed in action; if indeed I should not engage unwearied in action at any time, these worlds would perish, were I not to perform action if I, the Lord', it is to be seen. Om, salutation to the one who is the footing for various scriptures. She has obtained enjoyment, she has obtained face, she has obtained joy, she is worshiped with attained joy. Her form is the seed syllable Hrim, she is the pigeon cote on the peak of the palace of the seed syllable Hrim. Fifty-four. One who has obtained enjoyment: enjoyment is the experience of mere happiness; if experience of sorrow were spoken of, there would be the implication of being an ordinary jiva. She has obtained enjoyment, she by whom, she is thus. Like an ordinary jiva, happiness subsequent to the sequential experience of desired objects does not become hers, because her very essence is bliss and her nature is eternally established; even the experiential means is established in this matter, hence she is called one who has obtained enjoyment. Om, salutation to one who has obtained enjoyment. One who has obtained happiness: happiness is that which is experienced as agreeable, being her own essential nature, and the means to that, righteousness, by whom, she is thus. Om, salutation to one who has obtained happiness.
