In plain words
She is fully saturated with the joy she has attained. This joy is the deep contentment well-known in the world, born when one experiences what is most dear. It is a radiant elevation of the heart that can be seen outwardly in a bright face and a vibrant body. She is completely filled with this joy on all sides, without any lack or excess, in an unbroken flow. Because no pain or sorrow can ever arise to oppose it, she rests solely in this delight, her face forever shining with a serene smile. Om, bow to Her who is filled with the joy she has attained. She is the very embodiment of the sacred syllable Hrīṃ. She is called so because there is no division between her supreme form and the sacred sound that signifies her; the word and the deity are one. Om, bow to Her who is the form of the syllable Hrīṃ. She is the dove resting on the pinnacle of the palace of Hrīṃ. The syllable Hrīṃ is like a nectar-palace because it brings the soul to rest in unconditioned bliss. In this palace, the white letter 'ha' is the shining turret, and the red letter 'ra' is the brick wall. The upward-pointing stroke of the vowel 'ī' is the pinnacle. High above them, the subtle dot of the anusvāra—which holds all sounds and meanings within itself—shines quietly like a watchful dove in the inner chamber of the palace. Thus, the supreme goddess is praised as the very spirit of this sacred sound. Om, bow to Her who is the dove on the pinnacle of the palace of Hrīṃ.
Close to the Sanskrit
She who is completely filled with obtained joy. 'Obtained' [means] that which is acquired; 'joy' is well-known in the world as the contentment born of the experience of one's own desired objects, etc., which is inferable from effects such as brightness of the face and nourishment of the body, and is a specific exultation of the mind caused by satisfaction. Completely filled by that [joy] on all sides, entirely, without deficiency or excess, in an uninterrupted manner, filled, laden. The meaning is: she whose face is eternally cheerful, having that [joy] alone as her support due to the non-production of pain, etc., which are the opposite of that. Om, salutations to Her who is completely filled with obtained joy. She who is the form of the syllable Hrīṃ. She whose form, i.e., physical body, is the syllable Hrīṃ by the relation of non-difference between the signified and the signifier. Om, salutations to Her who is the form of the syllable Hrīṃ. She who is the dove on the pinnacle of the palace of the syllable Hrīṃ. A palace made of nectar, meaning a turret which is a modification of nectar; its pinnacle is the summit, the upper part of the wall of the moon-chamber, etc. Because the syllable Hrīṃ is the cause of experiencing the bliss born of unconditioned repose, it is compared to a palace. There, because the letter 'ha' is white, it resembles the turret. Because the letter 'ra' is red, it is compared to the house-wall made of bricks, etc. The letter 'ī' above the letter 'i' is compared to the pinnacle, due to the similarity of pointing upward. The dot (anusvāra) above that, although of a diverse nature as a component part of it because it consists of all manifested sounds and meanings, is seen to be awake like a dove resting in the inner chamber due to its subtlety; therefore, by that meaning, it is designated by the word comparing it to the supreme deity—this is the sense. Om, salutations to Her who is the dove on the pinnacle of the palace of the syllable Hrīṃ.
