न तेषां सिद्धिदा विद्या कल्पकोटिशतैरपि ।चतुर्भिः शिवचक्रैश्च शक्तिचक्रैश्च पञ्चभिः ।नवचकैश्च संसिद्ध श्रीचक्र शिवयार्वपु ।त्रिकोणमष्टकोणं च दशकोणद्वयं तथा ॥ १२ ॥चतुर्दशार चैतानि शक्तिचक्राणि पश्च च ।बिन्दुश्चाष्टदल पश्म पद्म षोडशपत्रकम् ॥ १३ ॥चतुरश्र च चत्वारि शिवचक्राण्यनुक्रमात् ।त्रिकोणे बैन्दव श्लिष्ट अष्टारेष्टदलाम्बुजम् । ।दशारयो षोडशार भूगृह भुवनाश्रके ।शैवानामपि शाक्ताना चक्राणा च परस्परम् ॥अविनाभावसबन्ध यो जानाति स चक्रवित् ।त्रिकोणरूपिणी शक्तिबिन्दुरूपपर शिव ॥अविनाभावसबन्ध तस्माद्बिन्दुत्रिकोणयो ।एवं विभागमज्ञात्वा श्रीचक्र यः समर्चयेत् । ।

That mantra yields no fruit for them, even across hundreds of millions of aeons. Sricakra is perfected through four Siva wheels, five Sakti wheels, and nine wheels... The central triangle, the octagon, the two decagrams, and the fourteen-pointed figure are the five Sakti circles. The bindu, the eight-petalled lotus, the sixteen-petalled lotus, and the four outer squares are the four Siva circles in order. The bindu rests in the triangle; the eight-petalled lotus in the octagon; the decagrams, the sixteen-petalled lotus, and the outer square correspond respectively... Whoever knows the inseparable bond between the Saiva and Sakti wheels is a true master of the diagram. Sakti is the triangle, and Supreme Siva is the bindu. Therefore, recognize the inseparable unity of bindu and triangle. Whoever worships Sricakra without understanding this division...

In the triangle is the bindu closely united, in the eight-spoked the eight-petalled lotus, in the two ten-spoked, the sixteen-spoked, the earth-house, in the world-abode... Of the Saiva and Sakti wheels mutually the inseparable relation who knows, he is a knower of the wheel. Sakti is of the form of the triangle, Supreme Siva of the form of the bindu. Therefore the inseparable relation of bindu and triangle... Thus without knowing the division, who worships Sricakra...
