In plain words
Indra and the other gods are fulfilled by the merest trace of a trace from that ocean of bliss. When the conceptual movement in Citta, the mind, becomes completely still and the sage realizes that bliss, he is fulfilled. With Dhī, the intellect, dissolved in that eternal ocean of bliss, he is Brahman itself—not a knower of Brahman. Whoever he may be, Indra bows at his feet. This indeed is my settled conviction.
Close to the Sanskrit
From the merest fraction of a fraction of whose ocean of bliss Indra and other gods are satisfied; having realized which in Citta—the mind—when conceptual activity is utterly stilled, the sage rests fulfilled; in that eternal ocean of bliss, with Dhī—the intellect—dissolved, he is Brahman itself and not a knower of Brahman. Whoever such a one may be, his feet are revered by Indra—this surely is my conviction.
