। ॥ १६ ॥

In plain words

Whoever holds himself steady and worships the Daughter of the Mountain with Cetas—the mind—through this garland strung from the letters of the holy mantra, at the twilight junctures, every day — his Manas—his mind—would become stainless. Within the lotus pavilion of his Citta—his heart-mind—the Daughter of the Mountain dances with delight. Vāṇī is in the lotus of his mouth, and the Ocean-born, the whole world's good fortune, is in his house.

Close to the Sanskrit

Whoever, well restrained, should worship the Daughter of the Mountain with this garland of the letters of the holy mantra, with Cetas—the mind—at the twilight junctures, every day — his Manas—his mind—would become stainless. In the pavilion of his Citta-lotus—the lotus of his heart-mind—the Daughter of the Mountain performs the dance out of delight; Vāṇī in the lotus of his mouth; the Ocean-born, the world's own blessing, in his house.
