। ॥ २ ॥

In plain words

You dwell at the very center of the Śrīcakra, where the orbs of moon and fire and sun are all alight. You shine like the sun just risen. Noose and goad rest in your palms, and the bow and the arrow too. Your face is at ease, your robe the red of safflower, the crescent moon set into your crown, your smile lovely. You — you are the one I hold in mind.

You who are situated in the center of the Śrīcakra, gleaming with the orbs of the deer-marked moon, of fire, and of the sun; radiant with the lustre of the newly risen sun; bearing in your palms the noose and goad, and the bow and the arrow too; serene of face; clothed in safflower-red cloth — you, that very one, whose crown bears the crescent moon as its ornament, whose smile is lovely: you I bring before my mind.
