In plain words
A throne of jewels for you, its legs the Īśāna mantra and the four that stand with it, and it gives one fruit only: Śiva. Water for your feet, thick with saffron and sandal. Arghya, bright with gems and whole grains of rice. Clear water for your mouth. I have set all of it out with devotion — O ocean of the nectar of compassion, may every bit of it serve your delight.
Close to the Sanskrit
A jewelled seat, having Īśāna and the rest as its feet, bestowing the single fruit that is Śiva, auspicious, for you; foot-water with waters laden with saffron, sandal and the rest; arghya with gems and whole rice grains; mouth-rinsing water for you with pure waters — all that has been arranged by me with devotion. O ocean of the nectar of compassion, may that whole of it serve for your satisfaction.
