In plain words

From that supreme puruṣa arises the fire of the heavenly realm, whose fuel is the sun, for by the sun the heavens are kindled. From that heavenly fire comes soma, the second fire. From that rain cloud arise plants upon the earth. From those plants, offered as an oblation into the fire of man, the male deposits seed into the fire of woman. In this very sequence, numerous creatures, beginning with the brāhmaṇas, spring forth from the supreme puruṣa.

Close to the Sanskrit

From that supreme puruṣa, fire having the form of a special state of beings [arises]. That is qualified: whose fuel is the sun, fuel like fuel, for the heavenly world is kindled by the sun. From that produced heavenly fire, soma, the second fire, comes into being. And from that rain cloud, plants come into being from the earth. From the plants, offered as oblations in the man-fire acting as the material cause, the male pours seed in the woman, in the woman-fire in the female. Thus in this order many, many creatures, starting with brāhmaṇas, are born and brought forth from the supreme puruṣa.
