The works of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya

Nirguṇamānasapūjā

Verse 27

In plain words

I alone am the one the whole universe should bow to — there is no other worthy of worship besides me. This recognition, simply this, is the homage you pay to your own inner Self.

Close to the Sanskrit

I alone am worthy of veneration by the whole universe; there is no other worthy of veneration apart from me. Just this reflection, here, is the veneration of one's own Self-liṅga.
