In plain words
I am not the breath, nor its five movements, nor the seven tissues this body is built from, nor the five sheaths wrapped one inside another. I am not speech, not hands, not feet, not the organs of sex or elimination. I am awareness itself, and it is whole: I am Śiva, I am Śiva.
Close to the Sanskrit
Nor am I that which is called the vital force, nor indeed the fivefold breath, nor the seven bodily constituents, nor the five sheaths. Nor am I speech, hands and feet, nor the organs of generation and excretion. Of the nature of consciousness and bliss, I am Śiva, I am Śiva.
