In plain words

The Kaustubha blazing at his throat, armlets that Śrī herself has touched with beauty, and Śrī's own dwelling place. Auspicious. At peace. Worth every praise. Highest of all, keeper of the worlds, the visible sign of the supreme Brahman — Pāṇḍuraṅga, him I worship.

Close to the Sanskrit

Adorned with the flashing Kaustubha at the region of the throat, wearing armlets graced by Śrī, the abode of Śrī; auspicious, at peace, worthy of praise, highest, guardian of the worlds, the mark of the supreme Brahman — I worship Pāṇḍuraṅga.
