In plain words

Whatever sweetness lives in a lump of jaggery lives equally in its smallest particle; in this very way, jaggery and its sweetness are never apart.

Close to the Sanskrit

Whatever sweetness is in a ball of jaggery, that is in even its atomic part; thus there is no separate existence of jaggery-ness and sweetness.
