He sees the Lord present in every creature, and every creature resting in the Lord — and the seeing comes step by step. If that state has arrived, then right at that moment he is the finest of Hari's servants.

In beings he sees the presence of the Lord, and in the Lord he sees beings, step by step. If such a state exists, then at that very moment he would be the foremost among the servants of Hari.
