। ॥ ७७ ॥
In plain words
Still the throb of the breath. Keep company with those who are real. Let the old impressions go. Bind yourself, through bhakti, to Hari's feet. And the mind, slowly, gives up its own headlong speed.
Close to the Sanskrit
From the restraining of the pulsation of prāṇa, from the company of the true, from the abandoning of vāsanās, from the yoga of devotion to Hari's feet — the mind slowly gives up its own speed.
