In plain words
Before any of this, I am. Every Kalanā, every movement of conception, is quiet; I am pure and awake. This rises from me, is sustained by me, and dissolves into me alone. To the one with no Adhiṣṭhāna, no ground beneath it; to the one whose nature is Satya-Ānanda-Cit, truth, bliss, and consciousness; to boundless Prajñā, wisdom—to myself I bow, always.
Close to the Sanskrit
I who was before this, with every Kalanā—mental construction—stilled, am pure; awakened am I. From me this arose and came to be; by me it is sustained; into me alone it goes to dissolution. To that one with no Adhiṣṭhāna—no supporting ground; to that whose nature is Satya-Ānanda-Cit—truth, bliss, and consciousness; to that vast Prajñā—wisdom; to me, salutation forever.
