फलानि पर आसाद्य वासुदेवे परात्मनि ।शुद्धसत्त्वो भवत्येव योगारूढश्च जायते’ इति ।वक्ष्यति च भगवान् सनत्सुजातः शुद्धिद्वारेणैव मोक्षसाधनत्वम्—‘तदर्थमुक्तं तपसैव कर्मणा ताभ्यामसौ पुण्यमुपैति विद्वान् ।पुण्येन पापं विनिहत्य पश्चात्स जायते ज्ञानविदीपितात्मा’ ‘ज्ञानेन चात्मानमुपैति विद्वान्’ इति ।ननु कथं सत्त्वशुद्धिद्वारेणैव मोक्षसाधनत्वम् ? विनापि सत्त्वशुद्धिं ज्ञानेनैव मोक्षः सिध्यत्येव ।सत्यम् ।ज्ञानेनैव मोक्षः सिध्यति; किंतु तदेव ज्ञानं सत्त्वशुद्धिं विना नोत्पद्यत इति वयं ब्रूमः ।तथा चोक्तम्—‘ज्ञानमुत्पद्यते पुंसां क्षयात्पापस्य कर्मणः’ इति ।तथा—‘अनेकजन्मसंसारचिते पापसमुच्चये ।नाक्षीणे जायते पुंसां गोविन्दाभिमुखी मतिः ॥जन्मान्तरसहस्रेषु तपोध्यानसमाधिभिः ।नराणां क्षीणपापानां कृष्णे भक्तिः प्रजायते’ इति ।तथा चोक्तं भगवता—‘अनेकजन्मसंसिद्धस्ततो याति परां गतिम् ।तपस्विभ्योऽधिको योगी ज्ञानिभ्योऽपि मतोऽधिकः ॥कर्मिभ्यश्चाधिको योगी तस्माद्योगी
