सोऽहं स च त्वं स च सर्वमेतदात्मस्वरूपं त्यज भेदमोहम् ॥

In plain words

That is what I am. That is what you are. That is what all of this is — the Self's own nature, and nothing besides. Let go of the delusion that there is any difference.

That am I, and that are you, and that is all this — of the very nature of the Self; abandon the delusion of difference.
