यदेतत् अद्धा परमार्थभूतो भगवान् ऐश्वर्यादिसमन्वितः सः परमेश्वरो नित्यं विकारयोगेन ईक्षणादिपूर्वकं विश्वं करोति इति तत्सर्वं तथा तच्छक्तिः परमात्मनः शक्तिः मायेव करोति न परमात्मा अपूर्वादिलक्षणः इति स्म मन्ये ।न स्वतः चिदानन्दाद्वितीयस्य कारणत्वम्, किंतु मायावेशवशादित्यर्थः ।किं तर्ह्यस्य तथाभूतशक्तियोगे प्रमाणमिति चेत्,

That the supreme Lord, who is the absolute reality and master of all majesty, creates this universe through continuous change beginning with the divine glance—all of this is performed by His power as Māyā, and not by the immutable supreme Self itself. So I understand it. The non-dual reality, whose very nature is consciousness and bliss, is not a cause by itself, but only through the deployment of Māyā. That this supreme Lord, the absolute reality endowed with majesty, constantly creates the universe with modifications beginning with the glance, thus all that is done by his power alone as Māyā, not by the supreme Self lacking such features—so I understand.
