क्षीणदोषाः’ इति ।तथा च भगवान्—‘ज्योतिषामपि तज्ज्योतिस्तमसः परमुच्यते’ इति ॥
In plain words
— "those in whom the faults have burned out." And the Lord says the same thing: "That is the light of even the lights; it is called what lies beyond darkness."

'Those whose faults are destroyed' — thus. And so too the Blessed Lord: 'That is the light even of lights; it is said to be beyond darkness' — thus.
