In plain words

Whatever this spotless spiritual discipline may be, the wise declare it to be the Absolute alone—the primal seed and cause of this entire universe. As the sage Ushana says: 'The reality resting in the equilibrium of the elemental strands is indeed called the Absolute. From this Absolute arises the universe of being and non-being.' When utterly pure, this discipline becomes supreme and complete in itself, and never otherwise.

Close to the Sanskrit

Whatever this spotless spiritual discipline is, the wise declare it to be the absolute alone. It has been said that it is the sole seed and cause of this entire phenomenal universe. Moreover, Ushana says: 'The reality resting in the equilibrium of the cosmic strands is indeed called the Absolute. From the Absolute has arisen this universe, consisting of being and non-being.' That very same Absolute discipline becomes exceedingly full and accomplished, and not otherwise, when it is spotless.
