In plain words
Just as wish-fulfilling gems grant whatever a seeker of alchemical elixirs longs for when brought into contact with that specific desire, so too does this discipline of self-restraint bestow whatever fruit is sought, according to how one aligns with it. Understanding this, these deities and others practiced brahmacarya with specific goals in mind and thus attained those exact states of being. Because the supreme goal of human life is attained through self-restraint practiced in the presence of a master, one should enter the teacher's spiritual womb, become like a child, and live the life of a student.
Close to the Sanskrit
Just as wish-fulfilling gems and the like grant each desired object to seekers of elixirs due to the union with the object of desire, exactly so, knowing that this brahmacarya grants each desired object due to the union with the object of desire, these gods and others, having practiced brahmacarya for each respective fruit, attained such a state and such a nature. Because from the brahmacarya performed in the presence of the teacher the supreme human goal is attained, therefore one should enter the teacher's womb, become a fetus, and practice brahmacarya, is the meaning.
