। ॥ १२२ ॥

In plain words

Holding your own Self in mind, and nothing else — that is what they call meditation on the Lord. And staying always with those who know Brahman, close as your own shadow — that is what they call abiding.

Close to the Sanskrit

That which is the contemplation of one's own Self alone — that is declared to be meditation on Īśvara. Dwelling always like a shadow, staying together with the knowers of Brahman, is 'abiding'.
