। ॥ १२३ ॥
In plain words
Whatever the scriptures of knowledge set down — listening, and everything that follows it — the one who stays with those practices, and in whom the mind set on action has dropped away: he is the one grounded in jñāna. He alone.
Close to the Sanskrit
Whatever, whatever is stated in the scripture of knowledge — hearing and the rest — he who is devoted to these, devoid of the notion of action, he alone indeed is established in knowledge.
