In plain words
His upādhi is māyā with pure sattva in command, and there sattva never runs thin. Sattva alone holds the height — so there is no bondage here, and the vikṣepa māyā throws is a bare trace, nothing more.

Of this one the limiting adjunct is māyā, in which pure sattva predominates — where indeed there is no diminished condition of it. Of sattva alone there is pre-eminence; therefore there is no bondage, and the projection produced by that is a mere trace.
