In plain words
Whatever thing is born is the thing that grows, and in time it is that same thing that walks into death. Birth belongs to it, and death belongs to it just as surely. But for what is eternal, all-pervading, unborn — neither one is there at all.
Close to the Sanskrit
Whatever thing is born, that alone grows; that alone comes to death in time. By that, birth exists, and death likewise; for the eternal, the all-pervading, the unborn, it does not exist at all.
