In plain words

Whatever appears through a deluded gaze is, in truth, none other than yourself when seen with the clear eye of wisdom. There is no independent reality anywhere outside of you. How could fear ever touch you, who are the one without a second?

Whatever is seen by deluded vision, all that is truly you alone when viewed with the eye of reality. There is no other substance whatsoever in the world apart from you. Whence could fear arise for you who are non-dual?
